# Why is KYC mandatory on the Intelly platform?

It is a legal requirement for us to verify all our investors for KYC and AML purposes.

Furthermore, by enforcing KYC, we create a secure base between customers and our business. All customers who want to use the Intelly investment platform must be approved by our system, providing a more reliable environment for both us and our investors.
