Exit Types

A. Going to be listed on the Intelly exchange: This means that the token of the investment will be listed on the Intelly exchange. Similar to a company stock price, the token of the asset will be priced by the marked in accordance with the profitability of the underlying asset.

Most of the assets which are going to be listed on the Intelly exchange have a recurring rental or enterprise income.

The smart contract automatically distributes the recurring profit between token holders in accordance with their stake in the investment.

The profit is realized by selling the token to the market.

B. INTL Exit:

In this option, the investor will receive the profits in INTL. This enables a higher APY on the return. The amount of INTL tokens to be received is calculated with the price of the token while investing in an NFT.

C. USD Exit: In this exit option, the investor will receive the profits in USD stable coin currency. Once the profit has been realized, the smart contract automatically divides the profit between the tokens and sends the profit to the wallet that has ownership of the token. In this option, once the profit has been distributed, all tokens are Re-called to the smart contract and burned.

With the profits distributed and the tokens burned, the investment process has been concluded.

Simplified Process: Intelly signs an agreement with a land owner and has a 3-month period to conduct the purchase of the property.

Intelly builds a plan to develop an office building on the property and offers it up for investing on the Intelly platform.

This asset will have the following profit type/s:

1. Construction Profit

2. Rental Income

In this scenario, since the asset has a recurring profit, the asset will most likely be listed on the Intelly exchange. In this case, the investor can keep holding his tokens for rental income purposes or he can exit his investment by selling it to the market over the Intelly exchange.

USD Exit: Scenario: Intelly has located property in a lucrative location for an office building to be constructed and sold afterward.

Simplified Process: Intelly signs an agreement with the property owner and has a 3-month period to conduct the purchase of the property.

Intelly builds a plan to develop an office building on the property and offers it up for investing on the Intelly platform.

This asset will have the following profit type/s:

1. Construction profit

In this scenario, due to the fact that there is no recurring rental income the asset will have a USD exit. Once the office building has been constructed and sold, the profit will be disturbed amount token holders.

On every investment option, investors will be able to see if it is going to be listed on the Intelly exchange or if it going to be a USD exit. And the type of profit it generates will clearly be stated.
