# Why haven't I received my Intelly F-NFT?

**1)** Check in your notification bar if the transfer was successful. If the transaction was successful you will see the ‘**investment process has been completed** ‘ notification.

**2)** If you have not received this notification either the transfer has not been confirmed yet or it was unsuccessful.

**3)** If you have received the ‘ınvestment process has been completed ‘ notification. You do not have to worry simply [import the F-NFT](https://learn.intelly.tech/intelly-fraction-f-nft/how-to-add-f-nfts-to-your-metamask-wallet) to your wallet using the contract address.
