These fees are towards compensation of legal and system costs such as [KYC](/kyc). **Balance Limits?** Balance limits refer to the maximum amount a single investor can hold of a particular Intelly F-NFT investment. **KYC Requirement** Transfer of the Intelly F-NFT's is only possible if the receiving address has completed its [KYC](/kyc) on the Intelly platform. # Intelly F-NFT Transfer Requirements **1)** You must have sufficient [BNB](/what-is-bnb) balance in your account to pay for the Binance Smart Chain blockchain gas fees/Transaction fees. **2)** You must have sufficient [INTL](/intelly-token-intl) balance in your account to pay for the Royalty fees of the Intelly F-NFTs. **3)** The receiving address must have completed its [KYC](/kyc) on the Intelly Platform. **\*All of these 3 requirements must be fulfilled to be able to transfer your Intelly F-NFT\*** # Why haven't I received my Intelly F-NFT? **1)** Check in your notification bar if the transfer was successful. If the transaction was successful you will see the ‘**investment process has been completed** ‘ notification. **2)** If you have not received this notification either the transfer has not been confirmed yet or it was unsuccessful. **3)** If you have received the ‘ınvestment process has been completed ‘ notification.
